Dr. Bhadare is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with experience in community mental health providing individual and group psychotherapy and conducting diagnostic assessments. Dr. Bhadare obtained her Doctorate in Clinical Forensic Psychology from Alliant International University and Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Political Science from U.C. Berkeley. Dr. Bhadare is fluent in both English and Punjabi.
She has experience working with a range of age groups and mental health disorders, but most enjoys working with adolescents and young adults coping with addiction. She utilizes a humanistic, or client-centered approach rooted in unconditional positive regard, and evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. She also applies a holistic, or total mind-body conceptualization of mental health, and provides psychoeducation on how neurobiology impacts mood and behavior.
