Marina is a Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in Psychiatry. Her practice is rooted in meeting her clients “where they are”, working cohesively to untangle inner conflicts, and facilitating each client’s journey towards insight, agency, and self-efficacy. Marina’s approach blends medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive psychotherapy to treat a wide range of conditions, including: anxiety, attention-deficit, bipolar, depressive, obsessive-compulsive, personality, psychotic, somatic, substance related, and trauma-related disorders.
Marina received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Biology (with a focus in Neuroscience) at the University of California Santa Cruz and a Master of Physician Assistant Sciences and Master of Public Health from Touro University California. Her passions lie in expanding the access to quality psychiatric services and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health treatment.
