Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Post-traumatic stress disorder is a mental health condition caused by experiencing or witnessing a terrifying event.
Depression
A mental health disorder characterised by persistently depressed mood or loss of interest in activities.
Anxiety
A mental health disorder characterised by feelings of worry, anxiety or fear that are strong enough to interfere with one's daily activities.
First responders / Firefighters are generally considered to be at high risk for Mental Health issue than most other occupations. Law enforcement, firefighter, paramedics and other first responders face constant traumatic events, are exposed to life threatening situations, and physical strain of working long hours with little or no sleep which can impact their overall mental health.
People with PTSD may suffer from overwhelming anxiety, flashbacks, nightmares and uncontrollable thoughts about the event. If PTSD lingers without effective treatment, the inability to escape the anxiety and fear can lead to depression and self-harm.

focusing can be caused by many things such as stress, anxiety and depression. One of the most common reasons that someone might have problems focusing is attention deficit hyperactivity disorder
Lack of sleep
Sleep deprivation can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease. Examples include stress, school or job requirements or poor
sleeping habits.
Suicidal thoughts
Suicidal thoughts, or suicidal ideation, means thinking about or planning suicide.Thoughts can range from a detailed plan to a fleeting consideration. It does not include the final act of suicide.
