THOMAS H O’DONNELL, CCAPP / CADC-II

Thomas H O’Donnell is a Substance Use Counselor in the Project Hope Program-Medicated Assisted Treatment here at Siyan. Thomas is a certified CCAPP Counselor II and holds a CADC-II with CCAPP. Thomas has been working in addiction prevention and with recovering substance use individuals since 2016. Thomas graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College with an AS in Alcohol and Other Drug-Human Services Degree, as well as an Advocacy AS degree. Thomas uses a client-centered approach and works with individuals to create solid Relapse Prevention Plans. Thomas has experience facilitating process groups, relapse prevention groups, CBT groups, 12 Step discussion groups, and individualized counseling. Thomas is empathetic and supports individuals in reaching their Recovery Goals.
