Our Core Services

Our team of providers have years of experience treating patients with diagnosis’ including Depression, Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, ADD/ADHD, Bi-Polar Disorder, Phobias, and Cognitive Disorders. Provided in a medication management visit with one of our Providers, you may also receive supportive psychotherapy.

Siyan Clinical now has two Clinical Psychologists on our team. Dr. Jeannie LeMesurier and Dr. Warren Bean are available to see our existing patients for therapy sessions and psychological testing as needed.

TMS is now available from Siyan Clinical! TMS is an extremely safe, FDA approved, and highly effective treatment for patients with depression. It is indicated for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder in adult patients who have not received satisfactory clinical benefit from medication.

SPRAVATO® is approved in the United States, in conjunction with an oral antidepressant, to treat adults with treatment resistant depression (TRD) and to treat depressive symptoms in adults with MDD with acute suicidal ideation or behavior.

If you or a loved one are seeking support on the path to recovery, we are here to help. There are times when individuals are faced with crises or an increase in psychiatric symptoms and hospitalization is not necessary or no longer required, but outpatient services such as weekly or biweekly therapy appointments are not sufficient to meet the individual’s needs. In these situations, Siyan Clinical Corporation offers IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) levels of care.

Often times patients will see their psychiatrist or primary care doctor and have only partial improvement in their conditions. It may be useful in such circumstances to have a comprehensive treatment review to see if there is any way of helping to bring further improvement. When you come to our office for a second opinion, our providers will provide a report to your treating clinician. Sometimes, “a fresh pair of eyes” can see something new and useful, and to improve overall health.

First responders / Firefighters are generally considered to be at high risk for Mental Health issue than most other occupations. Law enforcement, firefighter, paramedics and other first responders face constant traumatic events, are exposed to life threatening situations, and physical strain of working long hours with little or no sleep which can impact their overall mental health.
