FriYAY Breakfast: Celebrating Our Team Every Month

Our greatest strength lies in the dedication and compassion of our staff. To honor this, we’re thrilled to introduce FriYAY Breakfast, a new monthly tradition held on the last Friday of each month. Launched on August 28, 2025, alongside the inauguration of our newest outdoor picnic spot, this breakfast shows appreciation for the heart of our organization, our team. It’s a moment to pause, connect, and celebrate the meaningful difference each staff member makes in the lives of our patients and the strength of our community. We hope this small gesture brings joy and reminds everyone of the powerful impact they have every day.

Exceptional contributions are honored through the Employee of the Week program. Each week, management nominates a staff member who is then celebrated by the entire team with words of praise recognizing their dedication and impact. The chosen employee receives a gift card and an exclusive reserved parking spot as a token of appreciation.
