Our greatest strength lies in the dedication and compassion of our staff. To honor this, we’re thrilled to introduce FriYAY Breakfast, a new monthly tradition held on the last Friday of each month. Launched on August 28, 2025, alongside the inauguration of our newest outdoor picnic spot, this breakfast shows appreciation for the heart of our organization, our team. Exceptional contributions are honored through the Employee of the Week program. Each week, management nominates a staff member who is then celebrated by the entire team with words of praise recognizing their dedication and impact. The chosen employee receives a gift card and an exclusive reserved parking spot as a token of appreciation.
