Psychiatric & Mental Health Services in Santa Rosa and Sonoma County

Mental health isn’t always obvious. It can show up as feeling burnout, experiencing isolation, anger you can’t shake, or finding yourself unable to get a good night’s sleep. For others, it’s a diagnosis you’ve been living with for years, bipolar disorder, major depression, anxiety, but old treatments don’t seem to be helping anymore.

Wherever you are in your experience, Siyan Clinical is here to offer something practical: care that’s evidence-based, personal, and actually designed around you.

Our team of experts serves adults across Santa Rosa with a full spectrum of psychiatric and mental health services in Sonoma County. Whether you’re looking for support for the very first time or trying to find what’s next on your treatment path, we meet you with the respect and consistency that mental health care should always include.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

The right medication can help mitigate your symptoms so that you can refocus your thoughts and have an overall better quality of life.

That’s why our clinicians take the time to work with you and explore all of your options. We don’t rush decisions or push pills. Instead, we look seriously at the symptoms you are experiencing, your medical history, and your health goals to develop a medication plan that’s both responsible and hopeful

With Siyan Clinical, you have a consistent provider, and you’ll always be part of the conversation.

TRANSCRANIAL MAGNETIC STIMULATION (TMS)

Many people diagnosed with depression and OCD go through multiple medication trials before finding the right fit, but sometimes no medication can bring relief from symptoms.

If you feel like you’re carrying the same emotional burdens that you did before medication treatment, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation could be a beneficial next step in your care plan.

TMS is a non-invasive treatment that targets brain regions involved in depression or OCD using magnetic pulses. It’s done right in our Santa Rosa office and takes less than an hour per session.

What sets it apart? No daily meds. No systemic side effects. And for many people, it works when nothing else has.

SPRAVATO® (esketamine)

Some types of depression don’t respond well to traditional medications. Spravato® (esketamine) is a newer, FDA-approved option that works differently than other antidepressants, and in some cases, faster.

Unlike traditional antidepressants, Spravato® is delivered as a nasal spray under medical supervision at our clinic. You’ll be monitored closely during and after each session to ensure your safety and response.

We offer Spravato® as part of a broader treatment plan, not in isolation. It’s not about quick fixes, it’s about careful, science-driven care when other options fall short.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Group Therapy

If you’re overwhelmed, therapy once a week probably isn’t cutting it. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a stronger structure, more frequent support, guided treatment, and group-based tools to help you stabilize and rebuild.

When IOP May Be the Right Choice

  • You’re leaving a hospital or inpatient facility
  • You’ve had repeated crises or ER visits
  • Daily life is hard to manage on your own right now

We offer multiple tracks depending on your needs, including evening sessions for people who work during the day. It’s not boot camp. It’s not generic. It’s focused, structured, and built around real progress.

CONSULTATION & SECOND OPINION

Often times patients will see their psychiatrist or primary care doctor and have only partial improvement in their conditions. It may be useful in such circumstances to have a comprehensive treatment review to see if there is any way of helping to bring further improvement. When you come to our office for a second opinion, our providers will provide a report to your treating clinician. Sometimes, “a fresh pair of eyes” can see something new and useful, and to improve overall health.
