At Siyan, we are proud to launch Rose Recovery, an Outpatient Drug-Free (ODF) program dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for individuals facing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges.

What is an ODF Program?

An Outpatient Drug-Free (ODF) program offers structured, evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders without the use of methadone or other replacement medications. Care is delivered in a non-residential setting, allowing individuals to live at home and continue daily responsibilities while engaging in regular therapeutic services. ODF programs are ideal for individuals who need support with recovery but do not require inpatient or detox services

Rooted in respect, dignity, and the belief in every person’s inherent worth, Rose Recovery reflects Siyan’s ongoing commitment to providing comprehensive, trauma-informed, and integrated behavioral health care. Our clinical team delivers services in alignment with California’s Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) guidelines and the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria.

Rose Recovery welcomes individuals of all backgrounds and provides culturally responsive care in a safe, supportive environment.
